I’m looking for a CFO/finance-lead role where I can own cash flow, reporting, and accounting automation while partnering with operations to improve processes, support growth, and drive measurable execution through cross-functional teams.

I’m a senior finance and operations executive with 13+ years of experience building management and financial accounting functions “from the ground up,” then scaling them through process automation and clear governance. As Chief Financial Officer, I’ve managed cash flow across Ukrainian and foreign banks and payment systems, negotiated banking terms (lending, deposits), and strengthened financial discipline to ensure timely performance of obligations.

What sets me apart is execution in both finance and operations: I’ve launched new production facilities, structured international operations, and standardized workflows to improve staff productivity and work quality. I’ve implemented corporate standards and management accounting, automated accounting and reporting using tools like 1C and CRM platforms, led company relocation, and built stable client portfolios—while managing full-cycle accounting across multi-division holding structures.
