At belo, I redesigned identity verification after finding that only 21% of 15,838+ Brazilian users completed it. The two-phase, mobile-first flow is live across seven markets and lifted verified conversion by 70%.

I also use Claude and Gemini to compress a six-week research cycle into a day, and led the interface-side SSO integration and KYC migration to Sumsub. Before belo, I developed VICI’s product design from research through usability testing and a complete design system; my background also includes marketing strategy and branding.
