I’m looking to design end-to-end fintech card and payment experiences with strong UX research, behavioural data, and design systems. I want to ship measurable improvements across markets while collaborating in a remote, multi-team environment.

I’m a Product Designer with 7+ years of experience, specialised in fintech. I design end-to-end card, payment, and premium Contact membership experiences, blending research, behavioural data, and design systems thinking to ship work that moves business metrics across 50+ countries.

Recently, I redesigned high-friction flows—like the card cancellation experience—turning free-text feedback into structured, one-tap reasons the team now prioritises. I also help scale product quality through A/B testing, accessibility-focused interaction design, and component contributions to design systems used across remote, multi-team organisations.
