At THE MAASTRICHT FORENSICS INSTITUTE (TMFI), I support and maintain LIMS environments and business-critical laboratory applications to help keep day-to-day laboratory operations reliable.
I install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, workstations, servers, and laboratory-connected systems. I also resolve L2/L3 incidents across LIMS, Windows, and infrastructure.
At EUROFINS, I supported laboratory systems and users, including Active Directory and Windows Server environments. I automated operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell and Bash.
Earlier, I supported enterprise infrastructure at AIRBUS and handled L2/L3 incidents at MERCEDES BENZ. My experience also includes interactive kiosk systems at IKLAM MEDIA, incident management at AMAZON.FR, and IT asset lifecycle management at ORANGE FRANCE TELECOM.
