Yahana Howard

At Foundation of Exceptional Achievers, I independently manage a classroom of up to 10 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, leading educational, recreational, and life-skills activities.

I promote independence through ADL support, positive behavior strategies, documentation, community participation, and collaboration with families and coworkers. My caregiving background also includes work as a PCA, CNA, and Certified Home Health Aide, where I prioritize safety, comfort, dignity, and respectful daily support.

I'm pursuing growth in behavioral health and Registered Behavior Technician certification while bringing patience, leadership, and dedication to helping people achieve greater independence.
