I’m a bilingual English–Turkish communications and HR professional with a B.A. in English Language and Literature and hands-on experience in corporate communication, customer relations, content writing, and human resources. As an Erasmus+ alumna with international academic experience in Poland, I bring strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality written content remotely and independently.

In my work, I’ve managed end-to-end client communication in fully remote settings, independently developed session content and learning materials, and kept client relationships strong through personalized onboarding and feedback integration. I’ve also completed an intensive corporate communication internship that covered crisis communication, after-sales support, customer satisfaction management, and ERP payroll/personnel operations (Logo), earning a Corporate Communication Internship Certificate—while continuing to expand my HR expertise through an Associate Degree in Human Resources Management.
