Designed e-commerce experiences for smart home products through Amazon’s apprenticeship program, executing research-to-prototyping workflows. Earned promotion to UX/UI Designer II in under one year among top performers in a cohort of 20, and built a 0-to-1 Figma prototype using user interviews, competitive analysis, card sorting, and usability testing.
