I've built production platforms at The Resonance Team, including TaxEasy, Ecopick, and XaDaoXa, using NestJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Vercel AI SDK.

For TaxEasy, I delivered OCR-based document extraction, email ingestion, real-time anomaly detection, and observability across a five-app monorepo serving tax agents and businesses. I also reduced Docker build time from about 10 minutes to 30 seconds and contributed 400+ merged PRs.

On Ecopick, I built AI customer-support, product-matching, and refund-decision features alongside a marketplace, tournament system, loyalty ledger, and state-machine workflows. I've also developed government e-services, React Native mobile experiences, Zalo MiniApps, and CMS tools for public-facing services.

I contribute to open-source developer tooling through coding-agent skill packs, Claude Code workflow orchestration, and document automation plugins. I enjoy using AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering velocity while keeping code standards and production quality high.
