I’m a law graduate with hands-on experience supporting legal processes and keeping case work organized. I review and organize case files, analyze documents, and provide administrative support to help matters move forward smoothly.

In my administrative roles, I managed documents, followed up with suppliers, and maintained filing systems. I’m known for being organized and responsible, and I adapt quickly when procedures or priorities change.

On the customer-facing side, I’ve delivered personalized customer service, followed up with clients, and closed sales. I also worked in call center collections—managing phone collections, negotiating payments, and following up on accounts.

I bring strong coordination and teamwork, with a fast-learning approach that transfers across legal, administrative, and customer support work. I’m currently studying English to strengthen my professional development.
