At Simera, I lead 10 interns supporting Talent Acquisition, resolving candidate inquiries and guiding candidates through the recruitment platform. I designed a response strategy that reduced average response time from 24 hours to 10 minutes and tripled daily inquiry volume from 100 to 300.

I also developed a candidate engagement strategy that increased new platform registrations by 63%, strengthening the qualified talent pipeline. I partner with clients and sales teams, lead headhunting, assess technical and cultural fit, and prepare candidates for client interviews.

Across Simera, IDB, and BairesDev, I've supported end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles in remote, cross-border environments. My work includes sourcing, structured interviews, HR screenings, stakeholder alignment, candidate communication, and recruitment reporting.

With a Psychology degree and experience leading distributed teams across Latin America and the Middle East, I focus on efficient, candidate-centered hiring processes. I work in Spanish, English, and French.
