I’m a Veterinary Medicine student pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, with hands-on veterinary hospital experience and a strong grasp of medical terminology. I bring a client-centered, compassionate communication style that helps patients and families feel supported and informed.

Through my operations experience, I’ve managed daily operations in a high-volume customer service environment while handling inbound and outbound communication across phone, email, text messaging, social media, and in-person interactions. I’m skilled in appointment scheduling, client relations, conflict resolution, and keeping records accurate and organized.

In my veterinary assistant work, I’ve supported veterinarians and veterinary technicians in a fast-paced emergency hospital setting. I’ve assisted with patient intake and exam room preparation, maintained patient history documentation, and followed strict sanitation and biosecurity principles while helping with basic clinical procedures like vital signs monitoring and medication administration.

I’m adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new software and digital processes, which helps me coordinate care smoothly and maintain confidentiality. I also value teamwork—collaborating with reception staff and clinical teams to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.
