What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own data cleaning, analysis, and reporting—building dashboards and ETL pipelines that deliver clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, while continuing to grow my Python/SQL and cloud data engineering skills.

I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst focused on data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and reporting that helps non-technical stakeholders make better decisions. In my current Research Assistant role at the University of Limpopo, I collect and clean data from internal systems, online databases, and survey platforms, then run EDA with Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) and Excel. I also build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau, using SQL to extract data for analysis.

Previously, as a Data Analyst at Hlaziya Solutions, I developed and maintained ETL pipelines, managed data storage with SQL Server and Azure Data Lake, and designed BI data models while supporting data compliance and governance. Before that, I worked as a Software Engineer at Zensar Technologies, where I built software using Python, Java, .NET, and Node.js, and helped migrate systems to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud with CI/CD using Git, Jenkins/GitLab. I bring a strong blend of analytics, engineering, and cloud-ready data skills, reinforced by certifications in Microsoft Azure Data Engineering and AWS architecture.
