At Nokia, I maintained and enhanced HWAPI, a 600k+ LOC C++ codebase spanning more than 15 core services. I analyzed and fixed 421 complex C++ issues, including deadlocks, memory leaks, and crashes, and used 5-Why analysis to promote code and architecture improvements.
I established the China maintenance team and created Python log-analysis tools that improved troubleshooting efficiency and knowledge reuse. I also supported North American base-station upgrades and managed phased delivery of the ASOD HWAPI solution, supporting sales of 10,000+ units.
