I am training as a General Nurse while developing my skills in Advanced Aesthetics at “Dermolife Academy.” I bring a caring, professional mindset and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Alongside my studies, I gained customer-facing experience in an Italian-speaking call center for 1 year with “Arredo Casa Milano.” I worked online with Italian clients every day, supported them with furniture needs, and closed contracts.

For 6 months, I also worked with “Bioserviz” in Italian, strengthening my ability to communicate constructively and resolve tense situations calmly. I enjoy building good relationships and maintaining a harmonious work environment while managing deadlines and priorities.

I’m confident in my communication and marketing skills, and I value collaboration and adaptability with colleagues to reach common goals. With solid computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Java) and strong language capabilities, I’m ready to contribute immediately and grow in a healthcare-focused role.
