At Flipkart Minutes, I support daily last-mile operations across four stores and maintain 100% serviceability by monitoring workforce availability, store performance, and operational gaps. I’ve supported store launches and on-ground execution across several cities.
In Vijayawada, I completed 1,200+ delivery-partner onboardings with the team, with 2,500+ onboardings across the rest of Andhra Pradesh. I supported two stores in reaching 1,500+ orders each and two others in reaching 700–800 orders each.
At Zomato (Eternal Limited), I led end-to-end last-mile operations as Acting Area Lead for Guntur and Eluru, overseeing fleet performance and field execution. I also contributed to the C200, C500, and B2C new-city launch projects and improved order growth rate to 70% while keeping city shutdowns below 5%.
