The key to achieving a good and trustworthy working relationship with the client is through understanding what their needs are for the company. Showing them how resourceful you are in problem-solving without compromising their time in the process. Over the last year, working as an Executive Assistant, I have come to understand that learning never stops and innovation should be continuous in order to fill in the gap of what the company needs that I can provide or offer. Being in this industry, it’s not a question of what skills you have, but what are you willing to do to deliver what you have to without having a prior knowledge. Knowledge is power, learning is a continuous process.
