At Crystal Arc Factory in Dubai, I built the US market-entry logistics study that compared 3PL providers, Amazon FBA, and MCF across landed cost, DIM weight, customs duties, freight zones, and tax nexus. My four-month P&L cost models directly supported management’s approved US distribution strategy.
I manage fulfillment readiness for 50+ SKUs across Noon UAE and Amazon, including catalogue accuracy, inventory coordination, supplier onboarding, procurement tracking, and inter-office dispatch. I also completed Amazon brand registration and GTIN exemption processes to enable a new international marketplace channel.
I use Advanced Excel and Power BI to create supply chain dashboards, clean operational data, and model logistics costs. I bring hands-on experience in trade compliance, SEDEX audit support, bilingual English-Arabic export verification, and vendor coordination while pursuing an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
