Executive resilience leader advising financial services on cyber, recovery, and regulatory resilience.
What I'm looking for
I am an executive-level resilience leader with 10+ years consulting experience advising global financial services firms on enterprise cyber, technology recovery, and regulatory resilience (PRA, FCA, CBI, DORA). I lead and deliver enterprise-wide resilience programmes, cloud and backup assurance, third-party resilience testing, and executive/regulatory reporting, influencing boards and senior leadership to strengthen risk appetite alignment.
My background includes designing technology resilience strategies and operating models, directing cross-border recovery and testing programmes, and remediating cyber vulnerabilities for clients across UK, EU and Africa. I combine hands-on technical capability (Rubrik, CrowdStrike, cloud resilience testing) with governance, assurance and regulatory implementation to embed recovery readiness into business-as-usual operations.
