I’m a Governance, Risk & Compliance professional with 6+ years of experience conducting risk assessments, implementing compliance frameworks, and delivering actionable insights that strengthen organisational resilience in regulated environments. I’m detail-oriented and analytically rigorous, and I operate confidently in fast-paced, audit-driven settings.

In my current role, I design and maintain Key Risk Indicator (KRI) frameworks that help management identify operational threats, monitor compliance requirements, and make timely, evidence-based risk decisions. I conduct risk trend analysis across financial datasets, maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and audit trails, and identify control and reporting gaps—then recommend and implement improvements that strengthen the organisation’s risk and compliance posture.

Previously, I led governance and operational risk work at a large regulated public institution, including building governance frameworks, conducting operational risk assessments, and delivering structured remediation recommendations to senior leadership. I founded and led a real-time governance and operations Situation Room, built governance policies and audit trail frameworks, and managed cross-functional escalation and compliance documentation. My GDPR and DAMA DMBOK training (in progress) strengthens how I evaluate governance frameworks, support audits, and develop compliance policy documentation.
