I’m an experienced risk management professional with over 7 years spanning Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Risk Governance across banking and insurance. I focus on risk identification, assessment, reporting, and mitigation—driving initiatives that align with business strategy and regulatory expectations.
In my current role in Business and Operational Risk Management, I develop the Bank’s annual Risk Outlook Report, coordinate board-level Risk Committee meetings, and produce risk heatmaps to escalate emerging risks for executive decision-making. I also strengthen risk monitoring through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), dashboards, and by analyzing and maintaining the bank-wide loss data repository, while leading Risk and Control Self-Assessment activities.
Earlier, I supported enterprise resilience by designing and implementing operational risk assessment models and Business Continuity Plans, including successful disaster recovery and data restoration tests. I also built risk and control foundations—co-creating an Internal Control Macro Process Manual, implementing Operational Risk & Internal Control Policy and Information Risk Framework, and providing second-level opinion on major IT projects—while collaborating with internal audit, compliance, and cross-functional teams.
