At McEasy, I built the collection function from scratch: I wrote the SOP and playbook, set up AR tracking in Odoo ERP, and hired and led six collectors across Jakarta and Surabaya. I managed a monthly portfolio above IDR 30 billion and lifted the collection rate from 70–80% in 2025 to 90% in H1 2026.
At eFishery, I reduced uncollected IoT subscription receivables from IDR 5 billion to IDR 900 million in 16 months, and helped launch in-app payment reminders and a virtual account payment gateway. At BCA Finance, I led AR restructuring that brought the NPL ratio from 20% to 5%. I'm looking for a senior collections or credit control role in finance, fintech, or operations.

Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
• Managed day-to-day collection on an AR portfolio of over IDR 30 billion a month. Monitored DSO and aging, and prioritized large balances and accounts over 60 days past due, which lifted the collection rate from 70–80% in 2025 to 90% in H1 2026.

• Visited customers regularly for invoice exchange (tukar faktur) and to agree repayment plans.
• Tracked overdue accounts on a set follow-up cycle and escalate
• Handled collection for the Feeder business unit: IoT products sold under Subscription and Buy schemes across Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Bali-Nusra. Cut uncollected Subscription receivables from IDR 5 billion to IDR 900 million in 16 months.

• Led the pandemic-era AR restructuring that brought the NPL ratio down from 20% to 5%, negotiating directly with customers and reworking repayment plans.
• Supervised the AR team and kept monthly collection and reporting targets on track.
• Prepared monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecast reports for management.
Four-month management trainee program, rotating across departments and working alongside senior leaders. Promoted to AR Supervisor (unit head) at the end of the program.
