What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer service representative role where I can use clear multilingual communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills while learning quickly and adapting to new tools.

I'm a 200 Level Geology student at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, pursuing a customer service representative role.

Through group projects and presentations at MOUAU, I've built strong communication and interpersonal skills. I've also assisted customers and peers with information and problem-solving in school settings.

I communicate fluently in English and Nigerian Pidgin, with native Igbo proficiency, and I bring active listening, conflict resolution, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills.
