What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining teaching, guidance counseling, and mental health advocacy with opportunities to apply Kiswahili linguistics and AI training to improve student wellbeing and language resources.

I’m a detail-oriented and tech-driven professional with a background in Education and Counseling Psychology. A recent graduate from the University of Nairobi (Second Class Upper), I currently work at Transsion, where I’ve developed strong skills in communication, organization, and data accuracy.

My experience spans across mental health advocacy, youth mentorship, and digital projects involving data and AI. I’m skilled and interested in Automatic Speech Transcription (AST), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and data annotation, including text, audio, and image labeling. I have hands-on experience following structured guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting tight deadlines.

I’m passionate about contributing to AI and data-driven projects that require precision and human insight. Whether it’s transcribing, annotating, or analyzing data, I approach every task with focus, integrity, and curiosity. I’m open to remote and part-time opportunities that allow me to grow while supporting innovation in the AI ecosystem.
