I've coordinated apparel production, quality, inspections, and supplier operations across the Philippines and Asia for 20 years. My work spans international buyers, factories, suppliers, and overseas offices in Hong Kong, China, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.

At Leading Success (Phils) Garments, I managed the full production cycle for ladies' active and casual wear, from PO and Tech Pack review through sample development, bulk production, final inspection, and shipment. I tracked fabric and trims, led pre-production follow-ups, resolved factory risks through CAPA, and provided daily production and shipment updates to the Taiwan office.

At Global Apparel Ltd and Exquisite International Ltd, I led QC operations, inspections, pre-production meetings, corrective actions, and reporting for knitwear, sleepwear, and underwear programs. I managed a 10-person QC team in Bangladesh, trained inspectors and factory quality teams, and supported first-pass third-party final inspection approvals to reduce shipment delays and customer claims.

I'm also experienced in production planning, sample coordination, industrial engineering, fabric inspection, supplier management, and delivery coordination. I bring practical, hands-on follow-through to production timelines, quality standards, and international stakeholder communication.
