At Zimmer Biomet, I created and modified articles and bills of materials in SAP, validated master data, and updated files in Windchill. At Mas Seeds, I created and maintained SAP QM master data and served as a stakeholder in the global master data governance framework.
At OTIS, I resolved stock discrepancies between JDE and SAP Business Object systems and addressed warehouse scanning and goods receipt issues. I also processed orders in JDE and WMS and created incident tickets through ServiceNow.
At Carrier, I participated in Project ATLAS, the migration of legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, performing data cleansing and quality control while collaborating with Data Owners and stakeholders on governance and error tracking.
