What I'm looking for

I want to own end-to-end analytics and data products—designing models, building platforms, and turning findings into operational decisions. I’m excited by AI-enabled pipelines, responsible governance, and cross-functional teams that care about measurable impact.

I’m an analytics leader and product builder who owns analytics across 6 clinical locations at a major children’s hospital. I design the data models, build the platforms, run the analyses, and present findings to leadership—work that has changed clinical protocols, shaped resource allocation, and been adopted organization-wide.

From Jan 2023–Present, I’ve served as the sole analyst across five concurrent clinical projects, each leading to SOP changes, and I built a self-service product (“Quality Compass”) used daily across all 6 locations. I’ve rebuilt at scale (custom denormalized model), created a KPI “metric engine” for on-the-fly trending and comparisons, migrated legacy reporting from Oracle SQL to MSSQL, and delivered zero findings for data-quality gaps during multiple regulatory inspections.

I also contribute to AI-powered reporting rollout and cyber-attack response preparation, serving on the cyber incident response team to restore analytics capabilities and validate data integrity. Currently, I’m building a full-stack AI-powered news intelligence platform solo—owning problem definition, architecture, backend pipelines, API layer, and a React Native frontend, including a cost-accuracy routing system that cut per-unit processing costs by over 98% while maintaining accuracy.
