I'm currently studying in the Teacher Preparation Program at Great Bay Community College and seeking a Paraeducator, Instructional Assistant, or Student Support role.

Previously, as an Amazon CXO Site Lead, I managed high-volume customer service operations, coached associates, monitored performance metrics, and improved processes.
