At Windell Consulting Ltd, I direct new-build and refurbishment projects from planning through handover, managing scope, budgets and programmes. I also oversee infrastructure assets and produce cost/value reports and cash-flow forecasts.

I established a claims documentation and management service for contractors that now contributes 15% of Windell Consulting’s total income. I negotiate contracts and advise on programme-level risks and mitigation.

At Aegis Construction Ltd, I managed a 30-villa hotel project and led the reconstruction of its 3,000+ m² kitchen and dining areas after a fire. I coordinated 300+ workers across disciplines and shifts to deliver the completed facility.

I was Project Manager for the KES 2.4 billion Integrated Security Management System for the Parliamentary Service Commission, covering approximately 40 locations. I’m a Registered Quantity Surveyor and Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.
