What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Learning & Development role where I can design measurable curriculum and training, coach educators, and apply data-driven literacy/ESOL expertise—ideally with opportunities for remote delivery and meaningful international impact.

I’m a results-driven Learning & Development professional and instructional designer with 14+ years designing and delivering high-impact training, instructional materials, and curriculum across secondary, adult, and district-wide contexts. I translate complex content into accessible, measurable learning experiences that improve outcomes for educators and learners.

In my district-wide work, I coached educators across 13 sites by conducting needs assessments, facilitating professional development, and implementing evidence-based literacy interventions at scale. I developed curriculum materials, virtual training modules, and program data analysis tools to support consistent implementation and compliance.

I also bring hands-on instructional expertise as a Special Education Teacher and campus leader. I design differentiated instruction, align individualized learning plans to standards and student goals, and consistently track measurable progress—earning recognition as Teacher of the Year for instructional excellence and organizational leadership.

My specialty is literacy and multilingual learning, including Wilson Reading System, Sonday Reading System, Language! Live, Read 180/Read Live, i-Ready, STAR Reading, and REWARDS. I’m skilled in remote and async delivery, adult learning (andragogy), ESOL/GED preparation, and capacity-building coaching that strengthens sustainable instructional practice.
