At Newfield Ltd, I traded across global markets with a primary focus on horse racing, analysing market changes and patterns while updating daily spreadsheets and reporting to senior management.

I trained new staff, organised Employee Representative Group meetings, and worked through colleague concerns to help create a safe and positive working environment. The fast-paced, high-pressure role strengthened my problem-solving, troubleshooting, multitasking, and ability to adapt quickly to change.

At Contractor Service Group, I ran payroll for more than 400 contractors, raised and received agency invoices, collated reports, and answered internal and external customer queries. This work developed my knowledge of UK tax laws and deepened my Microsoft Excel capability.

Earlier, at Bettridge Motors, I supported sales operations through customer and supplier communication, office administration, cheque writing, advertising support, and preparing cars for sale. I work confidently independently and within teams, with particular strengths in mathematics, mentoring, and customer service.
