At Flutter UK&I, I lead global workplace and infrastructure services and technology integration across mergers, acquisitions, and organisational change. I’ve consolidated corporate systems and delivered an AWS migration and data centre exit, reducing costs and improving scalability.
I’ve also improved service operations through automation and team reorganisation, and led IT support operations and service desk improvements at Flutter International. My background includes systems engineering at Tech Centre Limited, and my MSc research developed a quantitative risk framework and integration playbook for securing post-merger IT integration.
