I’m a responsible, customer-focused general manager with years of experience leading high-volume operations. I pride myself on satisfying customer needs, staying dependable, and completing tasks on time under company guidelines.

In my most recent role as a General Manager at Marcos, I owned local store marketing, hiring, ordering the food truck, and daily/weekly inventory. I also managed scheduling, employee training, and seasonal coupons and menus, while balancing registers, making deposits, and tracking labor and food costs.

As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s, I led shifts and trained new hires the “Domino’s” way. I handled hiring, maintained temperature logs, ordered the food truck, managed store inventory, and managed opening and closing responsibilities—often in a store with heavy customer complaint volume.

I bring strong fundamentals in POS and cash handling, plus practical hands-on support from kitchen experience through housekeeping, front desk, and assembly. With a drive for excellence, I use active listening, sound judgement, and decision-making to keep operations running smoothly and customers supported.
