As an Export & Logistics Coordinator, I manage bookings, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders, and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their shipments. I also oversee coffee inventory and assist with automation systems in the logistics department.

In my role as an Export & Logistics Assistant, I supported logistics operations by preparing shipment documents and participating in stock takes, enhancing my skills in the logistics and supply chain sector.

As an intern, I received extensive training in the coffee supply chain, focusing on logistics processes, shipment documentation, and inventory management.

In this role, I coordinated the preparation of tender documents, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with requirements, which enhanced my project management skills.

As an Event Junior Coordinator, I engaged with clients online, assisted in event setup, and organized logistics for various events, improving my customer service and organizational skills.

During my internship, I prepared policy documents, managed bank reconciliations, and processed insurance claims, gaining valuable experience in the insurance sector.
