As an Export & Logistics Coordinator, I manage bookings, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders, and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their shipments. I also oversee coffee inventory and assist with automation systems in the logistics department.

In my role as an Export & Logistics Assistant, I supported logistics operations by preparing shipment documents and participating in stock takes, enhancing my skills in the logistics and supply chain sector.

As an intern, I received extensive training in the coffee supply chain, focusing on logistics processes, shipment documentation, and inventory management.

In this role, I coordinated the preparation of tender documents, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with requirements, which enhanced my project management skills.

During my internship, I prepared policy documents, managed bank reconciliations, and processed insurance claims, gaining valuable experience in the insurance sector.

As an Event Junior Coordinator, I engaged with clients online, assisted in event setup, and organized logistics for various events, improving my customer service and organizational skills.

Gained knowledge and practical examples from Defining Business needs, Commercial Negotiation, Commercial Contracting, Supplier Relationships, Ethical Sourcing, Whole Life Asset Management to the Scope and influence of procurement and supply in an Organization.

Pursued a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a minor in Management Science. Achieved 2 Class Honours (Upper Division).
