I’m looking for an immediate placement where I can lead AI operations and quality—translating client briefs into SOPs, running calibration and performance monitoring, and delivering data-driven stakeholder insights with strong team leadership.

I’m a Highly adaptable Operations & Quality Assurance Leader with a 15-year track record of directing production workﬂows, managing cross-functional teams, and executing high-standard quality control cycles. I’ve built deep experience in the AI operations sector, rapidly advancing to an L2/Quality Lead overseeing 30+ enterprise campaigns.

At Invisible Technologies (Dec 2023–Present), I lead (L2) quality delivery for high-stakes enterprise accounts—guiding complex projects from initial pilot phases into full-scale, long-term execution. I develop comprehensive workﬂows, SOPs, and project documentation from high-level client briefs, and I coordinate access, resources, and tools as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation.

I also lead teams as Quality Analyst Group Lead, overseeing ~9 QAs and ~29 Trainers to maintain performance, quality standards, and campaign delivery.
