I am a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience supporting diverse learners from early childhood through middle school. Currently, I serve as an Exceptional Children (EC) teacher, where I utilize my strong foundation in differentiated instruction and data-driven teaching to create inclusive learning environments. As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the challenges students face and am passionate about helping them succeed.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with general education teachers to support inclusion and differentiation, using student data to develop and track IEP goals. My experience includes working as an Infant Lead Teacher, where I supported families in child development and parenting strategies, and as a Teacher at various child development centers, where I developed lesson plans and adapted curriculum for different age groups.
