What I'm looking for
I am an experienced early childhood educator with a Master's in Early Childhood Education and a strong background in teaching first grade. My journey began with a Bachelor's in Sociology, which has equipped me with a unique perspective on child development and learning. I have been fortunate to work in various educational settings, where I have honed my skills in creating engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environments for young children.
Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented curriculum that aligns with Common Core standards, focusing on social-emotional learning and differentiated instruction. I have successfully integrated technology into the classroom, utilizing tools like Smartboards and iPads to enhance student engagement. My commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment has allowed me to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring that every child’s needs are met.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have actively participated in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education. I am passionate about helping students navigate their learning paths and am eager to continue making a positive impact in the field of early childhood education.
