I am looking for a role that values collaboration and innovation in education, where I can further develop inclusive practices and support diverse learners.

I am a dedicated educator specializing in special education, with a strong focus on supporting diverse learners through inclusive, research-based practices. My experience includes managing caseloads for Grades 1-6, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitoring progress to ensure that all students, including those with disabilities, receive the support they need to thrive.

Currently, I serve as a Special Education Teacher at Bedford-Stuyvesant New Beginnings, where I utilize various co-teaching models and digital tools to deliver differentiated instruction in Algebra 1. My commitment to equity and collaboration drives me to create engaging, scaffolded lessons that honor each student's unique path to success.
