Used various co-teaching models and digital tools, including laptops and interactive platforms, to deliver differentiated, IEP-aligned Algebra 1 instruction. Designed scaffolded lessons with visuals and group work, and used data to guide interventions and prepare students for the Regents exam.

Delivered targeted 1:1 and small group instruction in literacy, math, and executive functioning, using project-based learning to boost engagement and align with IEP goals. Developed over 20 detailed IEP reports with data-driven insights and individualized recommendations to support student growth and services.
