Began extensive training and work with Scribe-X in June 2024, currently working remotely with a provider in a walk-in clinic. Live-documenting patient charts during visits, utilizing Epic and NextGen platforms.

Returned to Pennhealth as an offline medical scribe for various specialties and a SWAT member for quality reviews. Extensively worked in Epic, ensuring high standards in medical documentation.

Worked as a DAX Trainer, training new Quality Document Specialists across multiple specialties. Developed new training materials and processes using Excel, PowerPoints, and Microsoft Teams, while mentoring specialists.

Served as Team Lead/Workflow Coordinator for several accounts on eScription and ESONE platforms. Managed client requests, ensured adequate coverage, set up MT profiles, edited and QA'd medical reports, and trained new MLS.

Supervised medical transcriptionists, handling client issues, performing quality assurance, and auditing work. Ensured 24/7 coverage and timely, quality report delivery, also worked as a transcriptionist.

Began as a transcriptionist, promoted to Quality Control, then Lead, and finally to Production Operations Control supervisor. Monitored incoming work, ensured timely completion, managed scheduling and timesheets.

Worked as a transcriptionist, typing and editing medical reports for hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices across the United States. Gained experience in diverse medical documentation.

Worked in Radiology as a tech aide, then transferred to Health Information Management to assemble and file medical records. Later joined the transcription team, typing medical and radiology reports.

Worked as an independent contractor, typing office notes for Dr. Bokil. Gained experience in direct physician support and medical note transcription.

Provided direct care for residents as a certified nursing assistant. Gained foundational experience in patient care and support within a nursing home environment.

Graduated from Keyser High School in June 1988. Actively participated in the Latin club, pep club, and student council, and served as the football team manager for two years.
