Wenderson MÉSIDOR

I've provided remote customer service and client support for five years, handling inquiries, follow-ups, outbound communication, scheduling, service records, and problem resolution.

In bilingual client support and interpretation, I provided consecutive interpretation between English and Haitian Creole speakers while managing client intake, CRM updates, confidential records, and scheduling.

I've also taught for three years as a professor at INFOPAC University and instructed Chemistry and Biology at preparatory institutions. My academic background includes medicine, anatomy, physiology, cell biology, chemistry, biology, and physics.

I work fluently in French, English, and Haitian Creole, using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM tools, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to support remote service delivery.
