I’m a B2B product and solution-oriented professional with a cross-disciplinary background in building technology and digital products. I bring a “product-to-platform” mindset—translating complex technical solutions into clear product features and measurable business value. With a Master’s from UCL Bartlett School of Architecture and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design, I naturally connect design thinking to engineering delivery.

In my role as Jr Product & Solution Architect at the China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research Co., Ltd, I supported requirement research for a smart city data platform (Xiangyang Entity Coding System). I designed pilot solutions and user operation guides that enabled cross-department data integration and supported platform launch and ongoing operations. I also contributed to API prototype testing, supporting 120,000+ standardized entity codes and 1,000+ daily API calls—collecting user feedback and working with engineering teams to improve system stability and user experience.

Across project work, I focus on turning domain needs into data-driven systems. For a Regional Building Carbon Management SaaS platform, I researched government carbon management scenarios, defined a carbon data dashboard direction with real-time alerting, and proposed a differentiated strategy integrating BIM, IoT, and policy simulation. I delivered high-fidelity interactive prototypes (Axure) and partnered with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and support pilots, targeting 60% improved monitoring coverage and 50% higher alert efficiency.

I also bring ESG and sustainability standards into product decisions. I performed gap analysis across LEED, ASHRAE, and BSI standards (translating 80+ technical documents), and I used IESVE simulation to propose HVAC and lighting optimization strategies that improve building energy performance and carbon efficiency—supporting LEED Gold certification and 20%+ energy efficiency improvement. I enjoy cross-cultural collaboration, and I’m comfortable aligning technical stakeholders across China and the U.S. to deliver practical outcomes.
