Using NinjaOne for remote monitoring and endpoint management, plus GLPI for ticketing, documentation, and IT asset records, I ensure access requests (like password resets and permissions) are handled quickly and accurately while supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and email profile issues.
