At Azizi Bank, I provide responsive help desk and network support, manage tickets, escalate technical issues, and help resolve them. I handle sensitive financial and customer data in line with established security, confidentiality, and banking protocols.
At Islamic Bank of Afghanistan, I delivered first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues for staff. I also supported the IT/network team with LAN configuration and connectivity testing.
My banking experience includes six months of combined internships across two institutions. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology and have completed Cisco CCNA training twice to strengthen my networking fundamentals.
I’ve also completed CompTIA Network+ networking fundamentals training and C++ programming fundamentals. I’m available for remote Tier 1 support roles across day and night shifts.
