What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems, endpoint, or network operations role where I can improve multi-site infrastructure, support users, strengthen security, and contribute to reliable service delivery.

At Women for Women International, I delivered Tier 1–2 IT support for 80+ users across three locations, managed Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot deployments, and improved internet availability and coverage by 90%.

Previously at Skywave Technologies, I led field technicians and maintained LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, wireless systems, VPNs, and firewall rules. I also bring hands-on experience with IT assets, user access, hardware and software troubleshooting, ticketing, reporting, and multi-site operations.

Alongside IT, I've trained 500+ interpreters across 30+ cohorts, built evaluation frameworks and medical interpretation curriculum, and deliver accurate English–Dari medical interpretation in sensitive clinical settings.
