At Decathlon Digital, I lead the global Customer Profile API Suite, enabling compliant, personalized experiences across 50+ countries through consent, address, profile, and store management.
I define product vision with business and legal stakeholders, track technical SLOs and business KPIs, and guide integration work that contributed to more than €20M in incremental sales in 2025. I also manage communication and change across markets while coordinating over 70 stakeholders.
Previously, I managed an HR SaaS platform at Supermood for 100K+ users and supported SeLoger’s billing-system migration to Salesforce with beNext. My product background also includes designing appointment booking and payment journeys for LegitFit’s fitness marketplace.
