I’m a Strategic Operations Manager with over 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, workflow coordination, crisis management, donor budgeting, reporting, proposal writing, and risk management. I’m known for streamlining operational processes through technology, optimizing resource allocation, and strengthening stakeholder relationships while maintaining compliance.
In my current work as an Operations Officer for the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM), I develop and maintain end-to-end information management systems, oversee the data lifecycle (collection, quality control, analysis, and dissemination), and produce displacement profiles, maps, dashboards, and analytical reports for decision-making. I also lead field assessments, supervise and train teams, coordinate data flows across IOM offices, UN agencies, NGOs, and donors, and support project operations including biometric registration, logistics management, and cost-control.
