What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply business analysis, data reporting, and process-improvement skills in a role where I can translate operational data and stakeholder needs into measurable business recommendations.

I've delivered business and operational solutions through Bingo Digital Solutions, managing client projects from needs discussions through solution development and delivery.

I translated client requirements into structured digital solutions, analysed website functionality and customer experience, and applied SEO strategies using Wix and WordPress to improve online visibility and reach.

My portfolio includes an executive BI suite that integrated eight business datasets and analysed R9.60m in revenue across 326 orders, identifying a 36% year-on-year revenue increase and recurring Q4 demand peaks. I also built interactive KPI reporting with Excel, Power Pivot, DAX, PivotTables, PivotCharts, and slicers.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Business Administration while developing end-to-end business analysis and commercial intelligence work across 170,000+ records, spanning requirements, process mapping, SQL analysis, Power BI reporting, Jira workflows, and UAT.
