At TeamWill Consulting, I worked on credit activities for El BARID BANK, including business analysis of regulatory flows, decision-making processes, and specific requirements. I contributed to implementing a credit instruction entry module with data validation, operational risk controls, and workflow processes.
At TeamWill Consulting, I also supported BDSI’s migration to the SAB global banking system and helped upskill internal teams. My work included gathering requirements, preparing functional deliverables and test plans, and coordinating with IT teams and vendors.
Earlier, at SAB2I, I worked on banking projects involving agency operations, payments, international trade, and SWIFT. At FIDELITY Investments, I managed a team of six across departments to implement processes for task transitions from the UK to Tunisia.
