What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support customers, troubleshoot technical issues, complete accurate data or administrative tasks, and continue learning new digital platforms in a structured, task-focused environment.

At AIT Technology, I diagnosed and repaired laptop hardware and software issues, explained repair options clearly to customers, and advised on suitable laptops and accessories.

I'm comfortable with structured remote work including data entry, data review, online research, AI/data quality tasks, and virtual assistance. I bring careful quality checking, clear communication, and independent task execution while continuing my Computer Science studies.
