What I'm looking for

I seek a banking & finance or corporate counsel role handling complex project finance, M&A, and capital markets transactions in a collaborative firm that values diligence, professional growth, and increasing transactional responsibility.

I am an associate lawyer with focused experience advising lenders, merchant banks, and trustees on large-scale financing and security arrangements. I have prepared and negotiated facility agreements, deeds of debenture, mortgages, security trust deeds and shareholders' security agreements for multi-million dollar transactions.

I have conducted detailed due diligence across FMCG, banking, pension, hospitality and logistics sectors, prepared legal opinions on complex issues, and supported capital markets and bond programme documentation. I continuously update my practice through industry trainings including LMA loan market curriculum, green finance and corporate finance modules.
