Ephraim Abugan

I am a dedicated and resourceful law graduate with focused interests in Corporate Finance, Banking, Fintech, and Housing. I combine academic grounding in Company Law, Law of Banking and Related Instruments, Housing Law and Industrial Law with practical internship experience in litigation and drafting.

During legal internships I studied and analyzed case files across succession, estate administration, land law, negligence and fraud, and gained courtroom exposure to civil and criminal proceedings, including drafting statements of claim and defence. I have also led student initiatives, organised seminars, delivered tutorials and mentored junior students, demonstrating leadership and strong communication abilities.

I hold certifications including Corporate Finance Fundamentals and a fintech mentorship, and I seek a Trainee Associate position where I can broaden my horizons, apply legal research and advocacy skills, and grow within a reputable firm.
